“CHEFS IN THE CITY”, ORIGINAL EXCLUSIVE MENUS FOR AN
ITINERANT EVENT IN SHANGHAI, LAST STOP OF 2013, 7th of November.
The first edition of Chefs in the City is at its last stop. The host of the last CITC 2013 will be the
Michelin star Corrado Michelazzo in the new Italian concept store 10 Corso Como (North Annex,
Wheelock Square 1717 Nanjing Xi Lu, near Tongren Lu, Jingan district on the 7th of November.
In December CITC will throw a party in which the net amount of money of the first edition of CITC will be officially
donate to the Institute of Cancer.
Chefs in the City is a Shanghai based nonprofit organization comprised of some of the city’s premier
Italian chefs, aims to create the very best of the “Italian culinary experience” but with globally sourced
ingredients of the highest quality.
Shanghai’s finest Italian chefs will delicately prepare five original dishes every event.
Tantalizing appetizers will be served with Prosecco and hand-crafted “coffee cocktails” from 19. A oneof-
a-kind, five-course dinner will take place from 20:00. Diners will sharpen their tastes with exquisite
wine pairings under the guidance of expert sommeliers.
